We recognise the central role General Practitioners play in patient care and continuity.
Our GP Liaison Service exists to strengthen relationships between general practice and our hospitals,
with a key focus on connecting GPs with our specialists and services.
Our GP Liaison Service supports you by:
- Facilitating introductions to specialists and services, including new VMOs
- Sharing current information on hospital services and referral pathways
- Coordinating GP CPD opportunities aligned to your needs, where available
- Acting as a direct point of contact between your practice and the hospital
