What to bring

• A list of current medications you are taking either from your Pharmacist or Doctor
• Any letter(s) from your doctor
• X-ray films, discs and/or reports
• All medications you are currently taking
• Your blood group card (if you have one)
• Your Medicare card
• Any Pension or Concession cards
• Your Department of Veterans' Affairs entitlement card (if applicable)
• Your Health Fund details
• Your Safety Net card
• Night attire, dressing gown and slippers (non-slip soles)
• Personal toiletries, including tissues

What not to bring

• Do not bring valuables such as large sums of money or jewellery, as the hospital will not accept responsibility should they become lost or damaged
